I love encouraging people to generate revenue in a way that is fun for them.  I have been enjoying my profession for over 20 years as a Career Coach/HR/Recruitment Professional.  Born and raised in San Diego, CA, I got my MA Degree in Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech and my BA Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, San Diego (U.C.S.D.), and I’m an N.C.O.P.E. (Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert) Professional.

After graduation I launched into the world of Recruitment/HR & Career Transition Coaching, and my career took off from there.  In a prior role as the Director of Recruitment Process Management, I had the pleasure of connecting with individuals who were working virtually en masse during the Great Resignation of 2021 through 2023.  So many of these individuals were discovering livelihoods that made them happy.  Some explored opportunities outside of their professional niche while others spent time growing within their careers.  As I connected with them, I asked questions and took notes about their journey.  A common theme was the amount of time they spent working hard without passion for their position.
